Last week seen us carrying out an electric gate installation in Symington, Ayrshire.

A stunning set of metal gates fabricated and installed by Greig Faddes Welding. We’ve worked with Greig on many jobs now and is work is always consistent and good quality with attention to the details that matter.
When we arrive on site for the final installation the gates have already been hung, motors located and concreted into position and all the duct work has already been taken care of by Greig and his team. This makes our life a lot easier and ensures consistent results.
This time around the client opted to have one leaf of the gate opening 180 degrees as opposed to the standard 90 that we usually see. This makes the final adjustments a little trickier to get just right but the end result is worth it, gaining much more space and freedom to access the drive in a single manoeuvre.
Upon the clients request we installed a simple pin-pad opener as opposed to our usual video intercom systems to allow for ease of use whilst maintaining the sleek appearance. We offer many gate entry systems depending on the clients needs and budgets.
We will return upon completion of the driveway to get some finished photographs but for now I’m extremely pleased on how these have turned out.
